We understand that plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations:

Play Sessions: Refunds are available if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable but can be transferred once.

Party Bookings: A £45 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance is due 3 days before the party. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

Illness: If your child is unwell, please contact us. We may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

To cancel or rearrange, please contact us.

– Send your invites, bring any decorations to the venue
– Let us know about dietary needs or add-ons

– Arrive 15 minutes early to meet your party host
– We’ll handle the setup, food, and clean-up!
– Bring your own cake (we’ll help cut & serve)

We’ll pack up any leftover food or gifts for you to take home.
